Jay Nelson is the firm’s Controller, responsible for financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls. Since 2020, he has played a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy and integrity of the firm’s operations. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington.
