Mr. Buehler is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Triton Pacific Securities, LLC, the dealer manager.  Mr. Buehler has over 20 years of investment, product development and distribution experience within financial services, commercial real estate, alternative investments and private equity. Mr. Buehler runs the firm’s capital markets strategy, bringing his expertise in building distribution platforms that have raised capital to support more than $2 billion of alternative investment strategies.  Mr. Buehler is a member of Triton Pacific’s investment committee. Mr. Buehler serves as an elected member of the FINRA Small Advisory Committee and a formerly served as FINRA West Committee member. Mr. Buehler has formerly served on the executive Board of Directors of The Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association ("ADISA").  Mr. Buehler holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65, 79 and 99 licenses and California P&C (property and casualty insurance) and L&H (life and health insurance) licenses.  Mr. Buehler earned his B.A. from Chapman University.
